Hola!

The Spanish owner here was a finalist on Masterchef Albania and he went on to found this restaurant as a hobby, and, as the name suggests, he'll normally greet you warmly at the door. Despite the name, and the chef's background, the menu here slides across cuisines and countries. It's best known though for its paella.
